The unpredictable environment in which LWF Mozambique operates demands that LWF Mozambique must be willing to learn if it is to accomplish its mission. This implies testing alternative approaches, documenting lessons and sharing best practices. LWF Mozambique is committed to facilitating the learning of all its members and partners and to continuously transform itself. To attain this significant paradigm shift, LWF Mozambique encourages enquiry and dialogue at different levels of the organization by creating a mechanism for ensuring that information and expertise is shared within and across projects; by being open to learn from best practices of other organizations, by providing continuous learning opportunities for all its staff and by being continuously aware of its operating environment. This spirit is reflected in all our publications, which we consider to be one of our major mechanisms for information sharing.

LWF Mozambique publications are divided into three main subject areas:
Annual and Financial Reports, Technical Guides and Manuals, and Human Interest Stories.

Annual Reports

 Technical Guide Series

Technical Guide Series are meant to inform, update and provoke discussion on a topic, and area of concern, or an issue emerging out of day-to-day operations of programme implementation. They provide practical hands-on evidence-based information for community leaders, project managers, educators, trainers, policy makers, as well as related development workers. Technical Guide Series are not meant in any way to be an end in themselves, nor do they claim to have the last word on any selected theme. The objective is to offer a “third” dimension and get the actors talking.
Annual Reports and Financial Reports

LWF Mozambique produces annual activity and financial reports.

Human Interest Stories

LWF Mozambique is viewed as an agent of change whose main strength is in the fact that it has a strong presence in the form of Community Development Assistants right at the grassroots level. This gives LWF Mozambique a unique advantage of being able to deal directly with the households. In this section we will regularly provide a selection of stories from the people themselves within our different projects.
